Job Description
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance appraisal processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and resolve employee issues.
Job Requirements
- Female ONLY
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Saudi labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based setting.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
