Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
• Office-based position with no travel requirements.
• Flexibility to work extended hours if required for urgent HR matters.

• Job Title: Senior HR Officer
• Department: Human Resources
• Reports To: HR Manager
• Location: Sodic Polygon

2.0 Job Purpose

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing and executing core HR functions with
minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
This role serves as a bridge between HR strategy and daily operations, with expert-level
knowledge in HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Mawared, to ensure efficient
and accurate HR data management.
The position requires a highly skilled and results-driven recruiter who can lead the full
recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and ensure hiring aligns with organizational needs.
The Senior HR Officer must also be an expert in conducting HR interviews, capable of
assessing candidates effectively across technical, behavioral, and cultural fit dimensions to
secure the best hires for the company.


3.0 Key Responsibilities

3.1 Recruitment & Selection
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including job posting,
candidate screening, interviews, and offer issuance.
• Conduct HR interviews with a high level of accuracy in assessing candidate
suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job
descriptions.
• Ensure hiring practices align with company standards and Egyptian Labor Law.

 

3.2 Onboarding & Orientation
• Oversee onboarding activities for new hires.
• Ensure all pre-employment documents are collected, verified, and filed.
• Conduct HR induction sessions and coordinate probationary performance reviews.
3.3 Employee Records & HR Administration
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in both physical and digital
formats.
• Update HR databases and personnel files promptly.
• Prepare HR-related reports and statistics for management review.
• Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping through expert use of Mawared
HRIS.
3.4 Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Collect, verify, and process monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and
deductions.
• Administer employee benefits and address related inquiries.
• Use Mawared HRIS to integrate payroll with attendance and leave management
for error-free salary processing.
3.5 Performance Management
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring progress throughout the year.
3.6 Employee Relations
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
3.7 Compliance & Policy Implementation
• Ensure all HR activities comply with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.
• Participate in policy reviews and updates when necessary.
4.0 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Average time to fill vacancies within target timelines.
• Quality of hires measured by retention rates and performance after probation.
• Accuracy and completeness of personnel records in Mawared HRIS.
• Zero payroll processing errors.
• Positive onboarding feedback from new hires.
• Compliance with legal and internal policy requirements.

Job Requirements

5.0 Skills & Competencies
• Expert-level knowledge in Mawared HRIS — able to configure, manage, and
optimize modules including Attendance, Payroll, Leave, and Employee Self-Service.

• Exceptional recruitment and interview skills, including behavioral, competency-
based, and situational interviewing.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Egyptian Labor Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.


6.0 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR roles, with proven expertise in recruitment,
HR interviewing, and HRIS systems — preferably Mawared — at an expert
level.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
