Job Description
El Helal & Silver Star is one of Egypt’s leading industrial manufacturers, operating six production sites across the country. Our team of over 1,000 workers and staff powers a portfolio of high-demand products in local and international markets. As we grow, we are strengthening our HR backbone to maintain compliance, discipline, and workforce wellbeing across all sites.
- Monitor daily attendance using biometric/manual systems
- Track shift rotations, rest days, lateness, absences, and overtime
- Maintain accurate personnel files and documentation for workers
- Handle onboarding, exit interviews, contract renewals, and disciplinary actions
- Communicate directly with workers and supervisors on HR matters
- Support wage calculation by sending verified time sheets to central payroll
- Serve as the first point of contact for grievances and labor issues on-site
- Ensure site HR operations comply with internal policies and labor law
- Coordinate with central HR for audits, training, and reporting
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a factory or industrial setting
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures
- Familiarity with time & attendance systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
