Job Title: HR/Admin Senior Officer
Location: Shubra, Cairo, Egypt

To support our new factory setup in Egypt, we are seeking a capable and experienced local members who will play a key role in establishing our foundation for the new production site in Cairo.
Job Purpose
This role will work the HR & Admin functions during the critical setup phase of our new manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role for professionals with strong knowledge of local regulations and experience working with foreign-invested companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Coordination & Legal Compliance
- Coordinate and support all licensing, company registration, and compliance requirements with local authorities.
- Act as the local representative in dealings with labor, immigration, and other relevant government agencies.
- Assist in the application and processing of work permits/visas for expatriate staffs.
2. HR Setup Support
- Collaborate with the Global HR team to establish local HR systems, including employment contracts, policies, HR records, and payroll process.
- Provide consultation on Egyptian labor law and local HR best practices.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of initial hires for the factory.
3. Administrative Operations
- Handle basic office and facility administration such as utilities setup, office supplies, vendor coordination, and document management.
- Organize translation and local document preparation.
- Maintain effective communication and reporting between the Egypt office and headquarters as requires.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, administration, and government relations in Egypt.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor laws, company registration procedures, and local HR practices.
- Fluent and proficient in English (spoken and written). Can speak Korean is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multinational or foreign-invested companies is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
