Job Description
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, attendance tracking, and leave administration for the Tanta branch.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and Egyptian labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate and support employee training, development programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and personnel files.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a large or fast-paced organization.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
