Job Description
- Cooperating with Personnel dep concerning investigations and employee profiles.
- Cooperate with all departments to create performance reports to all employees.
- Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures.
- Providing the regular reports to all concerned parties.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels.
- Help create organizational chart and job descriptions.
- Implement training and development plans.
- Follow up the cases of absence , and warning of termination .
- Follow up daily problems within workers and employees, and monitors the system and its effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years with any similar role in HR Field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
- Gharbia Resident is a must.
