Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding materials.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
- Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in an HR support/administrative role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws in Egypt.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
