Internship Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing HR documents.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and assist with audits as needed.

Internship Requirements

  • Entry-level career stage with a strong interest in human resources administration.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
