Internship Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
