Job Description
Support recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in implementing training & development plans.
Handle personnel files and maintain accurate HR records.
Administer attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Support performance management cycle coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Contribute to HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in general HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
