Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across GROOVY Medical Spa, including clinical, wellness, and administrative positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up meetings with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand talent pools.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing GROOVY at career fairs, industry events, and through social media channels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and participate in HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and hiring.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
