Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) for technical, operational, and administrative roles in aluminum or woodwork manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain a qualified talent pool for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Build effective relationships with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and technical assessments in collaboration with department managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract industry talent.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in manufacturing recruitment (preferably aluminum or woodwork).
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements in production, fabrication, and related roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
