Job Description
Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Organizational Development:
- Support the design and update of organizational structures and job profiles.
- Assist in implementing performance management and succession planning processes.
Training & Development:
- Support the implementation of learning and development programs.
- Coordinate training initiatives across departments.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with performance outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, OD, or training.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio.
