Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source passive and active candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data to identify trends and improve our recruitment processes.
Internship Requirements
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting is a plus (No Experience Needed)
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
- Knowledge in Employer Branding
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR is a plus
- Grads only can apply!

- Fluency in French is a MUST! (B2/C1)
