Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified blue-collar workers (technicians, drivers, operators, laborers, etc.).
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, manpower suppliers, and field visits.
- Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Arrange and schedule interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations.
- Support in contract preparation, job offers, and pre-employment documentation.
Facilitate onboarding processes including orientation sessions for new hires. - Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rate).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a strong focus on blue-collar and mass hiring.
- Knowledge of job boards, social media recruiting, and offline sourcing channels (e.g., job fairs, community centers, vocational schools).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
