Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and handle the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build creative sourcing channels to attract top candidates, especially for critical roles.
- Conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, panel, technical, and structured).
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support mass hiring for both blue- and white-collar roles, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Practical experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, social media).
- Knowledge of different interview techniques & assessment methods.
- Very good command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills.
- HR diploma, workshop, or certification is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, always suggesting new ideas for talent acquisition and employer branding.
