Internship Description

Job Description: 
 

We are looking for fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and support our mass hiring plans.

Successful interns will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and HR best practices.
 

The intern will learn: Phone screening technique, admin work, coordinating interviews, hiring process, professional communication, HR policies.

Duration: 3 Month - might end with a full time contract based on performance. 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in screening CVs and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
  • Support in employer branding and job posting activities.
  • Contribute to database management and reporting.
  • Work closely with the HR team on mass recruitment campaigns.

Internship Requirements

  • Recent graduate (Class of 2024/2025) or undergraduate (final year) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Available to commit full-time for 3 months.
  • Any internship/volunteering experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
