About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, dedicated to supporting our talent acquisition strategy and helping us build a world-class workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Interview & Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews (virtual and in-person) with hiring managers and interview panels.
Candidate Communication: Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring they are well-informed and have a positive experience.
Administrative Support: Assist the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks, including job posting management on various platforms, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Onboarding & Offers: Prepare and send out offer letters and new-hire paperwork. Assist with the pre-employment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Reporting & Data Management: Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS. Assist in generating reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to streamline processes and address any logistical challenges.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment-related role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
