Internship Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal database).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and reports for clients.
- Participate in client briefing meetings and understand job requirements.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads.
- Help organize recruitment campaigns or career events.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Internship Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
