Job Description

Description:

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of talent strategies within an organization.

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Organization Development

  • Participate in onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new hires acclimate to the company's culture and policies.
  • Update the organization chart regularly and keep an accurate record for all company employees

Employee Engagement

  • Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee events and activities to promote teamwork and company culture.

Internal Communication

  • Assist in creating internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials to foster effective internal communication within the organization.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
  • Assist in coordinating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in training session facilitation.
  • Find external training vendors when needed.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Human resources functions, Preferably in Talent Management or Talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience in technical recruitment and organization development
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or equivalent
  • HR Certificate or diploma is a plus
  • Fintech experience is an asset.
