The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of talent strategies within an organization.
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Organization Development
- Participate in onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new hires acclimate to the company's culture and policies.
- Update the organization chart regularly and keep an accurate record for all company employees
Employee Engagement
- Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize employee events and activities to promote teamwork and company culture.
Internal Communication
- Assist in creating internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials to foster effective internal communication within the organization.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Assist in training session facilitation.
- Find external training vendors when needed.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Human resources functions, Preferably in Talent Management or Talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment and organization development
- Advanced level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or equivalent
- HR Certificate or diploma is a plus
- Fintech experience is an asset.
