Job Description
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including publishing job postings across multiple channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage the interview scheduling process.
- Participate in interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Administer the corporate training program by coordinating schedules with managers and reserving training venues.
- Ensure all logistical requirements for trainers are met, including the preparation of necessary tools and materials.
- Collect and analyze post-training feedback to contribute to program enhancement.
- Maintain and update confidential employee performance records.
- Assist in the revision and standardization of employee evaluation processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role.
- HR diploma is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and a familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
