Job Description
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Conduct initial phone screens and maintain strong candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help organize and participate in job fairs and other sourcing events
HR Operations & Admin
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and organize HR records and digital files
- Support basic HR communications and announcements
- Help track HR-related data (leaves, attendance, contracts, etc.)
- Liaise with internal departments as needed for HR-related tasks
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment processes end-to-end, including interviews, recruitment system maintenance, sourcing (including social media).
- High level of control in the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in global recruitment processes
- Result-driven, agile, and can-do approach.
- Team player and self-motivated to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.
