Job Description
Strategic HR Support: Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance on talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations matters. Assist in resolving conflicts, managing performance issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing change management expertise, conducting impact assessments, and helping employees navigate through transitions.
• HR Analytics: Utilize data and HR metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for enhancing HR practices and employee experiences.
• HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and employee development programs.
• Business Partnership: Develop strong relationships with business leaders and teams, understanding their needs and providing proactive HR solutions and guidance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for the last 4 years
• Pharm background is a Must.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
