Job Description
- Partner with department managers to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategies.
- Provide expert advice on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Support and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion, and employee recognition programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support hiring and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Identify training and development needs and support the implementation of learning initiatives.
- Lead or support change management initiatives within the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with organizational change and talent management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
