Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies in line with company policies and business needs.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee performance review systems and support employee development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters and help maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Maintain HR records, including personnel files and payroll-related data.
- Prepare HR reports and track indicators such as turnover and attendance.
- Support workforce planning and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with other departments on organizational needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and general HR practices.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
