Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies in line with company policies and business needs.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process in coordination with department heads.
  • Oversee performance review systems and support employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters and help maintain a productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Maintain HR records, including personnel files and payroll-related data.
  • Prepare HR reports and track indicators such as turnover and attendance.
  • Support workforce planning and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate with other departments on organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and general HR practices.
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
