Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our U.S. Site
Operations team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining HR compliance, managing U.S.
benefits, and supporting employee relations across our U.S. workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and utilize HRIS platforms for accurate data management and reporting.
     Oversee HR administrative functions such as employee records, onboarding,
    offboarding, policy updates, and document management.
  2. Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA,
    EEO, and COBRA.
  3. Administer and support U.S. benefits programs, including 401(k) plans, healthcare,
    FSA/HSA, open enrollment, and leave policies.
  4. Conduct and document HR investigations involving workplace conduct, compliance
    issues, or grievances.
  5. Assist the QA team to support compliance efforts during audits such as HIPAA, CAP, and
    various state regulatory inspections. 
  6. Assist in the creation and enforcement of HR policies, employee handbooks, and
    performance management processes (e.g., PIPs, corrective actions).
  7. Support payroll processing and partner with vendors for benefit implementation and
    issue resolution.
  8. Act as a trusted HR point of contact for U.S.-based employees and leadership.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, experience in U.S. HR operations and multi-state
    employment practices is a huge plus
  2. Proven experience handling employee relations and internal HR investigations.
  3. Skilled in developing and maintaining HR documentation, including offer letters,
    investigation reports, and disciplinary templates.
  4. Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycom).
  5. Knowledge of 401(k) administration, health benefits, HIPAA compliance, and FMLA/ADA
    regulations is a plus
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  8. Ability to work hours according to Eastern Time Zone / US weekends.
