Job Purpose:
The Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and HR administrative functions. This includes handling internal and external employee relations, managing employment contracts, overseeing onboarding and offboarding documentation, conducting exit interviews, liaising with the social insurance authorities, and conducting workplace investigations. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external employee relations matters.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Contracts & Documentation:
- Issue, review, and maintain employment contracts for all staff.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all hiring and exit documentation.
- Monitor and update contract renewals and amendments as needed.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Ensure all required documentation for new hires and exiting employees is completed and archived properly.
- Conduct comprehensive exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Report and categorize exit reasons (resignation, termination, etc.), and provide actionable insights.
- Social Insurance Liaison:
- Act as the main liaison between the company and the social insurance authority.
- Ensure timely registration, updates, and deregistration of employees in accordance with legal requirements.
- Handle all social insurance-related matters for both employees and the company.
- Investigations & Reporting:
- Conduct internal investigations related to misconduct or disciplinary issues.
- Prepare detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.
- Ensure that all investigation processes are fair, confidential, and legally compliant.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
