Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth integration process.
Personnel & Employee Relations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general matters.
- Support in disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations when necessary.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing including attendance tracking, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with local regulations.
Social & Medical Insurance
- Register new employees and update records with Social Insurance and Medical Insurance authorities.
- Handle all documentation related to social insurance entries, exits, and settlements.
- Follow up on medical insurance claims and employee benefits.
Government Relations & Labor Law Compliance
- Serve as the liaison with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office to ensure full legal compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in Egyptian labor law and ensure company policies reflect compliance.
- Handle any inspections or audits from government bodies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of solid HR generalist experience covering the areas listed above.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and payroll practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); HR software knowledge is a plus.
