Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth integration process.

Personnel & Employee Relations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general matters.
  • Support in disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations when necessary.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing including attendance tracking, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Maintain payroll records in compliance with local regulations.

Social & Medical Insurance

  • Register new employees and update records with Social Insurance and Medical Insurance authorities.
  • Handle all documentation related to social insurance entries, exits, and settlements.
  • Follow up on medical insurance claims and employee benefits.

Government Relations & Labor Law Compliance

  • Serve as the liaison with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in Egyptian labor law and ensure company policies reflect compliance.
  • Handle any inspections or audits from government bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of solid HR generalist experience covering the areas listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); HR software knowledge is a plus.
