Job Description
- Recruitment: (CVs screening, scheduling Interviews, Job offers, Contracts, On-boarding...)
- Performance Management: (Objective’s settings, Development Plan, Appraisals, KPIs & Career path and Labor Relations.).
- Implementing human resources operations day to day.
- Compensation and Benefits: (payrolls, incentives, Bonus and Allowances).
- Assisting in developing Organization Strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
Job Requirements
- The place of residence must be near Heliopolis.
- Maximum Age: 35 years old.
- Normally requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Required 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Previous HR experience within an Industrial company.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and Able to work under pressure.
- Good Written and Oral English and Arabic Skills.
