Job Description

bout the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist (Male) to join our HR team and support both strategic and operational HR functions across departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling end-to-end HR processes, employee relations, and labor law compliance while supporting our Egypt-based teams and coordinating with regional branches if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, HR operations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling

Administer compensation and benefits in compliance with company policies and labor laws

Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives

Maintain and update HR records and employee files

Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and GCC including UAE Labor Law policies

Coordinate with other branches for HR alignment and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in corporate environments

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Fluent in Arabic and English

Male candidates only (as per operational requirements)

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
