Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team in New Cairo Who Can Start Immediately. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the construction or real estate sector, and possess a solid understanding of all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate HR database updates.
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations.
  • Handle social and medical insurance procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters, manage resignations, and support internal investigations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and core HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
