Job Description
- Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry for payroll, benefits, and attendance.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in audits or investigations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
