Job Description
A leading regional marketing agency with headquarters in Dubai is looking to hire an HR Specialist for its Egypt office in Nasr City. This role requires hands-on experience in managing HR operations within a creative or marketing agency and strong understanding of local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, headhunting, interview coordination
Maintain accurate attendance records, leave balances, and HR documentation
Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and handle new hire onboarding and employee exits
Process monthly payroll, deductions, and salary adjustments
Administer social insurance, tax filings, and compliance paperwork
Manage employee relations, resolve day-to-day HR issues, and support a healthy team culture
Coordinate with the HR Manager in Dubai for reporting and updates
Handle all HR administrative duties and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll processing
Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Must be based in Cairo and available to start immediately

Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
