Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, training, personnel, and payroll, and preferred have hands-on experience using Odoo ERP.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Design and implement training and development programs to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee records and ensure all data is up to date and compliant with internal policies and labor law.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, disciplinary actions, and respond to employee queries.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- Generate regular HR reports and analyze data related to turnover, attendance, etc.
- Utilize and manage Odoo ERP for HR operations and data management.
Job Requirements
✅ Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on HR metrics.
