Summary:
Senior HR Generalist is responsible for executing and overseeing core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll & personnel management, and organizational development. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports employee lifecycle management, and contributes to building a strong HR foundation that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives — particularly within the dynamic logistics environment.
Main Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and logistics operations roles.
- Partner with department managers to define job descriptions, screening criteria, and selection methods.
- Conduct interviews, prepare offers, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collect and validate attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with accounting department and third-party providers.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, taxes, and social insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation records.
- Manage employee files, contracts, renewals, and legal documentation.
- Handle employee records in accordance with company policy and audit standards.
- Track and update social insurance, medical insurance, and HRMIS systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on headcount, turnover, and employee movements.
- Support initiatives in performance management, training needs analysis, and talent development.
- Participate in designing and implementing HR and company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to internal communication, engagement activities, and change management.
- Work with management to support succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a fair and professional work environment.
- Monitor disciplinary actions and handle internal investigations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or industrial sectors.
- Solid experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and OD & Performance Management.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and governmental portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (, Odoo).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
