Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function at Incottone — a fast-growing men’s underwear and loungewear brand with 80+ employees across production, accounting, sales, inventory, and retail. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Gesr El Suez where you’ll be responsible for building the entire HR department from the ground up.

You will work closely with the CEO, oversee an existing HR assistant, and lead all people-related operations including hiring, onboarding, contracts, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and culture building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement HR systems: hiring process, onboarding, contracts, documentation
  • Manage recruitment across departments and develop job descriptions
  • Set up and monitor employee attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
  • Establish performance review systems, KPIs, and promotion paths
  • Lead conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance with labor law
  • Train and manage the HR assistant
  • Build a professional, accountable, and value-driven company culture
  • Work with leadership on organizational structure, incentives, and growth plans

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies
  • Proven ability to build HR systems from scratch
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, contracts, and payroll systems
  • Excellent leadership skills — able to organize teams, hold them accountable, and lead by example
  • Strong ability to identify and hire the right candidates who will drive the company forward
  • Able to monitor, audit, and evaluate employees across departments
  • Experience in creating and implementing KPI systems to track and improve performance
  • Fast learner — able to quickly understand the business model, team dynamics, and industry needs
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence
  • Highly organized, honest, and proactive
  • Able to manage and train junior HR staff effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, factory-based environment
  • Strong computer literacy (Google Sheets, Excel, Docs, etc.)
  • Must be able to work on-site 6 days/week in Gesr El Suez, Cairo
