Job Description
- Provide administrative support for various OD projects and initiatives.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess the current state of the organization, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Support the design and implementation of employee development programs aimed at improving skills, performance, and job satisfaction.
- Assist with the administration of performance management systems.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks outlining the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for each role.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and improvement recommendations.
- Create and update job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
- Analyze and recommend changes to reporting structures, span of control, and departmental alignments.
- Review and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Support the design and execution of change initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in same position
- Proven work experience as HR Specialist.
- Very good cross-culture skills.
