Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Capital Consultant with a strong background in Organizational Development (OD) to lead and support key human capital initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the company’s HR infrastructure, including policy development, workforce planning, and job structure design. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can integrate strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Job Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and support OD interventions, including structural design, cultural transformation, and capability building.
- Develop and refine workflows and succession plans to ensure talent continuity and operational efficiency.
- Lead and execute comprehensive job analysis and job evaluation processes to maintain accurate and competitive role structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging content for HR initiatives, presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage complex datasets, develop models, and generate HR reports and dashboards.
- Provide expert consultation to departments on optimizing their structures and processes to improve performance and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in designing workflows and succession planning frameworks.
- Strong content creation skills, including presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with job analysis and job evaluation methods and tools.
