Job Description
- Organizational Development & Change Management
- Design and execute OD strategies to support company transformation, culture alignment, and leadership development.
- Lead initiatives in change management, performance management, and talent development frameworks.
- Partner with business units to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- HR Analytics & Data Insights
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track trends in turnover, engagement, talent pipelines, etc.
- Conduct workforce analysis to support succession planning, capacity planning, and organizational structure changes.
- Leverage predictive analytics to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Capability Building & Learning
- Assess training needs, develop interventions, and facilitate learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Support leadership development initiatives through competency frameworks and assessments.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning efforts.
- Contribute to shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to integrate OD initiatives across the HR function.
- Present analytical findings and OD recommendations to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in OD, HR Analytics, or related HR roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in using HR data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of OD models (e.g., ADDIE, McKinsey 7-S, Kotter’s change model, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in OD, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HITS).
- Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
