Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement OD initiatives to enhance organizational performance and culture.
• Lead change management and workforce transformation projects.
• Develop performance management frameworks and support talent development & succession planning.
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze related data to recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in OD or HR with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness.
• Solid knowledge of change management, organizational design, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
