Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment & Organizational Development Specialist with 5+ years of experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, as well as organizational development activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English language, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record in attracting top talent and supporting organizational growth through structured HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce plans.
Recruit blue-collar workers through field sources, databases, and recruitment agencies.
Source white-collar professionals through platforms like LinkedIn and networking.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate job descriptions for all roles.
Enhance employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Organizational Development:
Support the design and update of organizational structures and reporting lines.
Participate in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and execution of Performance Management Systems (KPIs).
Assist in career path planning, competency frameworks, and succession plans.
Analyze employee data to develop insights and propose improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal surveys (employee engagement, satisfaction, training needs) and report results with action plans.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and OD.
Solid experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
Hands-on experience with organizational design and performance systems.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
HR certifications (e.g. SHRM) are a plus.
