Job Description

Recruitment and Selection:

Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate with hiring managers and departments to identify staffing needs.

Job Description Creation:

Create and draft job descriptions that align with job requirements and the organizational structure.

Ensure job descriptions comply with local and international labor laws and regulations.

Regularly update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Job Analysis and Evaluation:

Conduct comprehensive job analysis to determine job duties and responsibilities.

Use appropriate evaluation methods to determine job complexity and benchmark against market standards.

Provide analytical reports to assist management in HR decision-making processes.

HR Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.

Evaluate organizational needs and contribute to workforce planning to ensure the availability of required talent.

Collaborate with senior leadership teams to ensure HR strategies align with overall business goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on recruitment, performance, and organizational development metrics.

Provide insights and consultative support to management on the effectiveness of HR policies and programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, organizational development, and job analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices (recruitment, job analysis, evaluations, training).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with local and international labor laws and HR regulations.
