Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking sheet and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

2. Training and Development:

  •   Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs for employees.
  •   Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  •   Support ongoing employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities.
  •   Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

3. Organizational Development:

  •   Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote organizational effectiveness.
  •   Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend actionable improvements.
  •   Support change management initiatives and help foster a positive organizational culture.
  •   Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for organizational growth and development.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, training, and organizational development.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
