Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Maintain the applicant tracking sheet and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
2. Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs for employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Support ongoing employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Organizational Development:
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend actionable improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and help foster a positive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for organizational growth and development.
Job Requirements
- University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, training, and organizational development.
- Excellent English language.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
