Job Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Offer Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for designated roles, from creating job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure timely issuance of job offers, monitor offer acceptance, and follow up to secure signed agreements within deadlines.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear, prompt communication and constructive feedback.
- Support employer branding efforts by actively participating in recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
Recruitment Coordination & Administration:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in developing and refining recruitment processes and policies to improve efficiency.
Manpower Planning & Job Requisition Updates:
- Maintain and update manpower reports to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the status of job requisitions and candidate progress.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and nurture a strategic talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Manage job postings and employer branding content across recruitment platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
Recruitment Platform & Job Post Management:
- Create, update, and optimize job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with hiring goals.
- Track application volumes, refresh expired listings, and optimize content for increased visibility and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job postings accurately reflect role requirements and provide a seamless candidate experience through timely communication.
- Review applications received through recruitment platforms, identify qualified candidates, and coordinate subsequent steps in the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-4+ years) in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong command of English language, from very good to excellent
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide a positive candidate experience.
