Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives, primarily focusing on Performance Management Systems (PMS), Learning & Development (L&D) planning, and internal Assessment Centers. This role is critical in enhancing talent capability, driving a performance-driven culture, and supporting strategic workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Design, implement, and maintain the performance management framework across all employee levels.
  • Facilitate mid-year and end-year performance appraisals, including calibration sessions and reporting.
  • Develop KPI libraries, evaluation guidelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on PMS processes and tools.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Coordinate annual L&D needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
  • Create and monitor individual development plans (IDPs) and departmental training plans.
  • Design and deliver internal learning programs in partnership with SMEs or external providers.
  • Manage L&D budget and ensure alignment with talent and business strategies.

Assessment Centers:

  • Design and implement in-house assessment centers for promotions, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Analyze assessment outcomes and prepare reports for key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in OD, Performance Management, or L&D.
  • Experience in running or designing assessment centers is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and L&D methodologies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and training delivery.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/LMS systems, and online assessment tools.
