Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent needs
- Design and implement OD programs (e.g., succession planning, culture initiatives)
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making and improvement initiatives
- Assist in performance management and change management processes
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition and OD roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Familiarity with organizational development concepts
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
HR certification is a plus
