Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across multiple departments and roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align talent acquisition strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies).
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Capital’s presence in the job market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate, construction, or corporate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Work Conditions:
Location: Delta Capital Head Office – Sheikh Zayed
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
May require occasional site visits or coordination with project locations (car will be provided).
