Job Description
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate and timely information.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and training to junior recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and selection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking functions to enhance employer branding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
