Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the hospitality technology sector.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to inform leadership of hiring progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles and career levels.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
