ECC Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is pivotal in driving our hiring efforts by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strategic hiring plans, and elevating the employer brand. You'll collaborate closely with department heads and contribute to developing recruitment best practices that align with ECC Group’s growth vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct structured interviews using Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) techniques.
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to create business-aligned job descriptions.
- Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Analyze and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Coach and support junior recruiters within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools/platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoho, Odoo), and HRIS systems.
- Strong command of CBI frameworks for structured interviewing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
- Preferred: Experience in the academic or professional services sectors.
