Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various industries and geographies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring expectations.
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage top talent globally.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent availability and hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Mentor and support junior recruiters in the team.
- Attend client meetings, both virtually and in-person (if required), to discuss hiring strategies and progress updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience working with international clients/accounts (GCC, Europe, USA, etc.) is a preferable
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
